About me

My name is Matthieu Nguyen and I am 31 years old. I was born and raised in Strasbourg, the beautiful capital of Alsace in the northeast of France.

Driven by a desire to explore new opportunities and cultures, I decided to study abroad. A choice that led me to Luxembourg in 2017, where I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy at Lunex International University of Health, Sports, and Management.

After graduating, I began my professional journey in a Luxembourgish private physiotherapy practice in 2021, where I worked with a wide variety of patients. I quickly developed a passion for helping people regain confidence in their movement and get back to the things they love
through hands-on care, evidence-based and personalised treatment.

Along the way, I specialised in Manual Therapy (Osteopathic approach), Dry Needling and
Adhesiolysis Manual Therapy to improve my clinical skills and expertise.

Being active is also an important part of my life, and I am passionate about sports and physical activity in general, but I particularly enjoy playing volleyball and padel tennis. My own experience in sport inspires my approach to movement, performance, and injury prevention in
my patients.

After four wonderful years in Luxembourg, my Danish partner and I decided to settle down permanently in Denmark.

This journey has led me to Praksis Osteopati, where I am dedicated to providing high-quality, individualised care and aim to support each patient’s well-being.
